For more than 80 years, we’ve upheld our promise to not only be there for our customers but the communities where we live and work. Three ways we fulfill this pledge every day are through Corporate Giving, Community Reinvestment (CRA) and Affordable Housing/Community Development.

Corporate Giving

Through grants and volunteer programs, we support a wide range of non-profit agencies dedicated to building strong and self-reliant communities. We focus on financial literacy, food and shelter, health and human services.

Community Reinvestment Act (CRA)

We are committed to making meaningful contributions in low/moderate income communities through lending and investments that promote affordable housing; economic development; neighborhood revitalization and services and financial education to those in need.

Affordable Housing/Community Development

Resources that restore hope

Collaborating with government agencies and non-profit partners, we provide products, programs and services to revitalize neighborhoods and improve lives.

We offer financing and technical assistance for:

  • Non-profit and for-profit developers of affordable and supportive housing
  • Small businesses serving low- to moderate-income communities
  • Community facilities serving LMI individuals including group homes, health care centers and charter schools

2018 ESG report

Our commitment is not year-to-year but ongoing. In 2018, we undertook and supported numerous initiatives to improve our environment, strengthen our communities and champion transparency, accountability and diversity in our communities.

2019 ESG report

We showed ongoing support for renewable energy and energy-efficient solutions; gave over $5 million to nonprofit organizations across our footprint, and demonstrated our belief in the importance of sound and effective corporate governance.
