Teshia Levy-Grant - Diversity and Inclusion Officer - Webster Bank

Teshia drives our bank-wide D&I strategy and initiatives. She is responsible for long-term planning and execution of goals aimed at promoting a diverse workforce and fostering an open and inclusive work environment.

Teshia leads the Diversity and Inclusion Council, co-chaired by Chairman, President and CEO John R. Ciulla and John Guy, Executive Vice President, Business Banking, and works to expand the network of Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) such as the Webster Women’s Initiative Network (WeWIN).

This commitment starts with Webster's senior leadership team, who work to ensure that our commitment to inclusion is integrated with our business strategy. Our Diversity and Inclusion (D&I) Council is co-chaired by our Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer John Ciulla and John Guy, Executive Vice President, Business Banking. The Council serves as the platform where senior leaders and representatives of our various employee resource groups shape the strategy and actions of our D&I focus. The Council makes recommendations on ways to integrate D&I principles in the areas of education and awareness, talent development, employee engagement and customer and community service.
