Webster Bank Announces New Head of Business Banking

(STAMFORD, CT) March 28, 2023 – Webster Bank today announced that Kathleen Stanley has been promoted to Executive Managing Director, Head of Business Banking.

In her new role, Stanley will oversee teams dedicated to providing core lending, deposit and treasury management services to business owners with up to $25MM in annual revenue. Stanley also will continue her current responsibilities leading efforts for the bank in not-for-profit, property and association management, legal services, government and institutional banking and the commercial servicing HUB.

Prior to joining Webster Bank, Stanley led Treasury & Deposit Solutions for the East Coast at City National Bank and the Treasury Management sales team for Capital One's Northeast Commercial Bank.

Stanley is active in the community as a member of the Long Island (NY) American Heart Association board of directors and was recently honored by the Long Island Business News as part of their Business and Finance Awards. In addition, Stanley is also an avid supporter of the Northwell Health Katz Women’s Hospital, St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital and the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, Long Island Chapter. She is also the Executive Sponsor for Webster’s Allies for Disability and Accessibility Business Resource Group.

Stanley earned a BBA in Marketing with a minor in Banking and Finance from Hofstra University. She served as President of Hofstra University’s Alumni Association and the Zarb School of Business.
