Deb Drapalla is regional president for the Boston region and oversees Webster's business and community affairs activities in the greater Boston area. She is based in Webster's office at 100 Franklin Street in Boston's downtown crossing neighborhood. Deb joined Webster in March 2010 as senior vice president of the middle market lending group. She brings more than 30 years of commercial banking experience to this role. Prior to joining Webster, Deb worked at Bank of America as a senior vice president in their middle market lending group in Boston. Living up to the communities she serves, Deb serves as the co-chair of the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute Leadership Council, which supports Dana-Farber’s mission of eradicating cancer and providing compassionate patience care; a member of the Advisory Board of the Family Business Association, which provides educational seminars, networking opportunities and recognition for outstanding family businesses; and an active member of the Association of Corporate Growth, sitting on the Women’s Committee Board. She holds a bachelor's degree from Boston University.
