Webster’s four West Hartford, Conn., banking centers are getting “refreshed” as they would say in Hollywood. More than $2 million in improvements will be made with the most visible changes coming to the West Hartford Center and Bishops Corner locations. This investment also includes the New Britain Avenue and Park Road banking centers.
What will you see?
You’ll be able to see and feel the difference from the moment you walk in. Check out the before pictures above and compare them to the artist renderings below.
For example: at the West Hartford Center (LaSalle Road) location, there will be an additional walk-up ATM and a redesigned floor plan. There will also be a Webster Private Bank office – the second in Connecticut. Webster Private Bank offers customized, one-stop, full service financial solutions for high net-worth individuals, businesses and non-profits.
Here is the "before picture" of LaSalle Rd:
At Bishops Corner on North Main Street, there will be a drive-thru ATM added to the existing single drive-thru as well as extensive external renovations.
When will this happen?
Some of the renovations are underway with more starting June 15. The bulk of the work will be done starting in July. The great news is all the work is expected to be complete by the end of the year.
With so much technology today, why invest in the ‘brick and mortar’ of banking centers?
Webster firmly believes in helping customers bank when, where, and how they want – online, mobile, on the phone, and in yes, in person. These improvements and more comfortable surroundings will make our banking centers more inviting places to discuss things like retirement planning, managing business cash flow more effectively, and applying for a loan or opening an account. Webster has deep roots in West Hartford – and adding all these upgrades shows our continued commitment to delivering an exceptional customer experience here and throughout our four-state footprint. There are more exciting changes on the horizon, including our new Storrs, Conn., banking center opening this summer.
