- View your Deposit Details
Many customers are unaware that they are able to view the details of their deposits, including deposit slip images and images of checks deposited through a Banking Center or Mobile Deposit. So we have automatically enrolled all Webster Online customers to "View Deposit Details" as a courtesy. Customers will still have the option to un-enroll at any time.
- Improved Mortgage application
We've made applying for a mortgage even more convenient. Customers can complete and submit our new mobile-friendly Mortgage application online or using their mobile device.
- Financial Summary page enhancements
The Financial Summary page now includes investment account balances for Webster Investments3 customers so you can get a complete view of all your account balances on the same screen. And for additional information about your Webster Investments3 account, you can access the full investment site right from the Financial Summary page.
- Loan statements
Based on customer feedback, the 'Statement Period' for loan statements will now display in descending order to match deposit statements shown online.
- Principal payments for Home Equity loans and lines of credit
Customers can make principal payments for Home Equity loans and lines of credit online provided that the account is current and there is no amount past due.
- Added My Quick Links on the Financial Summary page
Based on customer feedback, we added My Quick Links to the Financial Summary page. Customers can use My Quick Links to get fast access to the pages they want. My Quick Links are preset to link to the most popular Online Banking pages. At any time, customers can customize My Quick Links by choosing from a library of available links to Online Banking pages.
- Improved customer experience of transferring to/from a non-Webster account
Added information and assistive content to simplify the process of adding and managing a non-Webster transfer account.
- Financial Summary page enhancements
The next payment due date is displayed for customers with Webster loans. For customers that do not have deposit accounts, credit cards, investments, and loans we display quick access to product information.
- Set up Travel Notifications online
Travel Notifications can be set up online to protect your account and minimize potential fraudulent activity while you are away.
- Increase available transaction history from 60 days to up to 2 years
We expanded the time period selection for deposit accounts to display transactions up to 2 years instead of 60 days. Loan accounts will continue to display up to one year of transaction history.
- Allow address changes online
Customers have the ability to provide us with home address, mailing-only, and seasonal address changes.
- Webster launched a new mobile wallet app called Webster Pay
Customers can now download the new Webster Pay App which offers more convenience and control over the way they use their debit card. Customers can: login with their WebsterOnline login credentials; set transaction alerts and be notified of debit card activity; easily turn their debit card off or on if it's lost or misplaced; conveniently locate nearby ATMs; and pay in stores with just a tap of their Android device or iPhone.
- System Notifications on the Mobile App
Important system notifications will now appear on the Mobile App to alert customers to app maintenance, service interruptions and other important updates.

- Fund your new account using Mobile Deposit
Make an initial deposit into your newly opened account using the Mobile Deposit feature of our Mobile App.
- Online Payment History enhancement
Customers have been asking to view more than 60 days of online payment history so we added a link to "Search for Payments" where customers can easily view bill payments over 60 days old.
- Top Payee List Alphabetized
The Top Payee list is now updated in accordance with the Bill Pay system and is in alphabetical order.
- Correcting the mailing status date on online check payments
Customers can now view the mailing date for their online check payments on the Bill Payment Details page.
- "Print Proof of Payment Letter" reinstated for online check payments
The "Print Proof of Payment Letter" is available on the Bill Payment Details page to print and provide a copy to the payee to verify that a payment was mailed.
- Mobile App refresh
We will be releasing a new Webster Bank mobile app with a fresh new look and some additional enhancements to allow you to bank on the go.
- Expanded Alert notifications
We've listened to your feedback and are working on implementing an expanded selection of timely alerts to help you stay on top of your account activity and have more peace of mind.
