What is a PDF document and how can I view it on my computer?

A PDF (Portable Document Format) is a file format that allows electronic documents to be viewed on any computer. These documents require Adobe Reader software. If you don’t have Adobe Reader, you can download the latest version  here.

When will my wire transfer post?

Incoming wires are posted the same business day they are received by Webster Bank. Outgoing domestic wire transfers initiated at a Webster branch can take up to 2 business days to be received by the beneficiary bank. Foreign wire transfers can take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days.

Can I exchange or purchase foreign currency at a branch?

Webster Bank does not accept foreign currency for exchange at any of our locations. Customers can request the purchase of foreign currency at any of our branches.

What are your best rates on CDs?

Our CD rates are subject to change and may be withdrawn at anytime unless otherwise noted. You can Compare Our CD Products + Rates through WebsterOnline or by calling a customer service representative.

How can I opt out of receiving marketing materials and emails?

Customers can change their preferences by completing our Customer Privacy Preference Form and mailing it to the address indicated on the form. Or, to have the form mailed to you, contact us at 1-800-325-2424.

How can I reorder checks?

Checks can be reordered in several ways. Customers who have a previous order history, and do not require any changes to the name or address on the checks, or the check style, can order checks by logging into WebsterOnline.com. Customers can also drop off their reorder form to their local branch, or speak to a Customer Service Agent at 1-800-325-2424.
