Mr. Mino’s career in financial services spans more than 33 years. Prior to joining WBCC, he was an Executive Vice President & Divisional Manager at Fleet Financial Group in the Textile and Apparel Division. He has served as a Chairman and CEO of American Investment Bank, NA. (wholly owned subsidiary of Leucadia National Corp.) and spent 10 years at the National Bank of Canada as a Group Vice President, Portfolio & Marketing Manager. Mr. Mino also served as a Controller/Examiner for Republic Factor Corp. a subsidiary of Republic National Bank of New York and Account Executive at AJ Armstrong & Co.
His commitment is not only to the financial services industry but also to civic and philanthropic endeavors. Mr. Mino along with his wife Patricia co-founded PJ’s Forgotten Children, a non-profit organization. For over 20 years he has also supported the National Jewish Medical and Research Center and in 2009 received the National Jewish Medical Humanitarian award in recognition. He has provided support to Habitat for Humanity. Warren has been a member of the Commercial Finance Association for 26 years, and is Chairman of the Industry Needs Analysis Committee.
Mr. Mino holds an M.B.A. in Finance from Long Island University, C.W. Post Campus and a B.A. in Accounting from Queens College.
