Alice Spinella is Executive Vice President, Consumer Restructuring and Recovery in Bank Operations. In her role, Alice is responsible for the daily operation of Webster’s Consumer Collection, Loss Mitigation Foreclosure, Bankruptcy and Owned Real Estate/Property Preservation functions.
She will be responsible for executing the Consumer Restructuring and Recovery policy and associated procedures, and will partner closely with Risk, Legal, Information Technology and other operational functions. She reports directly to Brian Runkle, EVP, Bank Operations.
Alice joined Webster in 1981 and most recently has been Executive Vice President, Technology Research, Transformation and Data Governance. She began her career as a teller, and has held senior leadership positions in lending, retail branches and customer care center, investments and insurance, distribution planning and information technology.
Alice has a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from the University of Connecticut, and a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix. She obtained a Series 7 and 24 investment licenses and Webster Business Mastery Certification from the University of Connecticut.
Alice resides in Wolcott, Connecticut with her husband, Ralph. She is an active volunteer with the United Way and the Arabian Horseman’s Distress Fund.
