“As head of Webster Private Bank’s financial planning efforts, Eileen is responsible for the design and creation of financial plans. She works closely with individual clients to understand and analyze their financial and life concerns. Her objective is to create plans that present specific and creative strategies to help her clients achieve their life goals. Eileen believes the true success of any plan lies in its implementation. She collaborates with her clients and their other advisors to ensure all approved recommendations are thoughtfully implemented. Eileen joined Webster Wealth Advisors, an affiliate of Webster Bank, as a Senior Managing Director in November 2008 and became Director of Webster Private Bank’s financial planning team in 2017. She has 35 years of experience in financial planning and investment management, beginning her career in the Personal Financial Management department of E.F. Hutton & Co. in 1982. In 1988, Eileen joined the U.S. Private Banking Division of The Chase Manhattan Bank, NA, and, in 1994, after deciding to relocate to Connecticut, she joined Fleming, Relyea & Cox, Inc. in Stamford and later joined Hynes, Himmelreich, Glennon & Company (HHG) in Darien and Price Financial Group, LLC in Wilton. Eileen received her BBA in finance from Iona College in 1982 and her MBA in finance from Fordham University in 1994. She holds FINRA Series 7, 63, and 66 securities registrations. Eileen is a member of the Parish Finance Council of Our Lady of Fatima Church in Wilton and volunteers her time at Malta House in Norwalk.”

His 18 years of financial services experience has been focused in the retail, lending and wealth management areas. Mr. Falkowski has been honored as a “40 under 40 Award” recipient in both New Haven County (2005) and Fairfield County (2014). He has a Bachelor of Science degree from Sacred Heart University and has studied at Trinity College in Dublin Ireland. Mr. Falkowski is a board member of the Norwalk Rotary Club and is past President. He also serves as an Ambassador for the Norwalk Chamber of Commerce and is a Junior Achievement volunteer. Mr. Falkowski currently lives in Trumbull with his wife and daughter. He considers himself a foodie and enjoys traveling, cooking, sports and outdoor activities.”

Gabriel heads Webster Private Bank, the division of Webster Bank responsible for serving the banking, lending, investment management, planning and fiduciary needs of high net worth clients, their families and related charitable entities across the entire Webster footprint. Mr. Gabriel has more than 20 years of experience serving the financial needs of high net worth clients. Before joining Webster, he served as Senior Vice President and Wealth Advisor in the Greenwich, CT, office of The Private Bank at Wells Fargo where he was a top producer. In addition, during his tenure there, he served as The Business Bank Channel Coordinator, was a member of the Connecticut leadership team, and managed a Wealth Advisor associate program. Previously, he served as a Private Bank Business Development Officer for Bank of Boston in Stamford, CT, and as a stockbroker for D. Blech & Co. in Boston, MA. A resident of Old Greenwich, CT, he received his bachelor’s degree from Providence College and a Masters of Business Administration in Finance from Sacred Heart University. Peter is a Board Member of the Stamford Center for the Arts and an active volunteer with Junior Achievement, and Old Greenwich Riverside Community youth programs.”

“Nathan Kellish is a Portfolio Manager within Webster Private Bank, assisting the bank’s high net worth clients and their families with their investment management needs. Nate and the Private Bank’s portfolio management team partner with their clients to develop sophisticated and customized investment and wealth preservation strategies. Nate has over 14 years of experience in the financial services industry, with the last 11 focused on working with ultra-high net worth families. Immediately prior to joining Webster Bank, Nate was a Vice President in Goldman Sachs’ Wealth Management group in New York. While at Goldman, Nate and his team managed portfolios and developed investment and financial planning strategies for some of the firm’s highest net worth clients. Before working at Goldman Sachs in New York, Nate was a Senior Analyst at The Ayco Company LP (a subsidiary of Goldman Sachs) in Latham, New York. He worked on a wealth management team that catered to high net worth executives (including several CEOs of Fortune 500 firms). His team had a specialty in helping those executives develop strategies to manage single stock risk. Nate received a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Bentley College in Waltham, Massachusetts and a Master of Business Administration in Finance from Fordham University in New York. Nate lives with his wife and two children in Wilton, Connecticut.”

“William Rath is a Senior Private Banker and Regional Market Executive, Metro-NY based in Stamford, CT. He is responsible for managing client relationships, and leading growth initiatives in the region. Bill has over 25 years of capital markets experience, providing tailored investment and credit solutions to high net worth individuals, family offices, and institutional clients. Bill joined Webster Private Bank in 2018 from HSBC, where he worked in several roles for over 22 years. Most recently, Bill was Head of Investment Counselling at HSBC Private Banking USA in New York. In this position, Bill led a team of investment advisors responsible for delivering customized portfolio solutions to domestic and international clients from offices located in New York, Miami, Beverly Hills and San Francisco. Bill led advisory efforts to create bespoke solutions for individual and corporate clients, including ultra-short taxable and tax-efficient fixed income strategies, and globally diversified income strategies. Prior to this role, Bill was Head of Client Directed Trading in Miami, FL responsible for establishing and leading a cross-asset sales and execution team covering international equities, developed and emerging markets fixed income, structured notes, foreign exchange and precious metals. In this role, Bill worked closely with advisors and clients in portfolio construction, positioning tactical investments and expanding capital markets capabilities throughout the Americas. Prior to joining HSBC Private Banking, Bill was Head of Direct Market Access & Execution Trading, Equities for HSBC Global Markets, and had several other roles in Retail Banking & Wealth Management. Before joining HSBC, Bill worked as an Associate Broker for Prudential Securities, and Lehman Brothers in New York. Bill graduated from Wittenberg University with a BA in Economics and East Asian studies, and completed an international studies program at Tokyo International University. Bill, his wife Nicole, and their four sons, Will, Charlie, Caleb and Nate live in Wilton, CT. ”

“Peter Russell is Senior Vice President and Director of Private Bank Lending providing tailored liquidity and capital solutions to the High Net Worth and Ultra High Net Worth market. Peter is responsible for developing solutions to the credit needs of the affluent market, whether it be a residential mortgage, a loan to support a new business venture or any other customized credit facility. Peter collaborates with the Private Bank executive team, their clients, and the various Commercial and Consumer divisions of Webster Bank in developing these tailored solutions. Peter has over 25 years experience in HNW/Ultra HNW lending and commercial lending as both a Relationship Manager and Senior Credit Officer. Before joining Webster, Peter served as Chief Credit Officer of Bankwell Financial Group (formerly Bank of New Canaan) in New Canaan, CT. Prior to that he had the position of Senior Credit Officer in the private banking divisions of HSBC Bank USA and The Bank of New York, and Relationship Manager at Wachovia Private Bank, Chase Manhattan Private Bank, Fleet Private Bank and Citigroup.   Peter is a graduate of Fairfield University where he received his BS in Finance in 1983.  He lives in Fairfield, CT with his wife and two sons.  ”

“Edward Wilson serves as Director of Portfolio Management for Webster Private Bank, the division of Webster Bank responsible for serving the banking, lending, investment management, planning and fiduciary needs of high net worth clients, their families and related charitable entities across the entire Webster Bank footprint. Mr. Wilson has over 25 years’ experience in the wealth management industry, focused primarily on high net worth families and their related interests. Immediately prior to joining Webster Bank in 2014, Ed served as Senior Vice President - Investments for Wells Fargo Private Bank. Previously, he was a Global Investment Specialist with JPMorgan Private Bank. In both roles, Ed provided sophisticated wealth management strategies, including traditional portfolio management and diverse alternative investment strategies such as hedge funds, private equity and credit structures. Prior to JPMorgan, he opened a de novo office for Northern Trust, and served as Investment Counselor for Citigroup’s Private Bank in Greenwich, CT. He previously managed the Midwest Region for Prudential Securities’ Investment Management Services division in Chicago, IL, providing investment solutions across 8 states through approximately 800 Financial Advisors. He received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Finance from Fairfield University and Master of Business Administration in Finance from Fordham University. Additionally, Ed holds the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ mark, issued by the CFP® Board. Ed and his wife, Susan, have two sons and are long-time residents of Wilton, CT.”
