  • Timothy Throckmorton
    SVP, Director of Fiduciary Services
    Mr. Throckmorton joined Webster Private Bank as senior vice president and Director of Fiduciary Services in July, 2013. He is responsible for overseeing and helping to grow the personal trust, institutional trust and estate administration business. He is a key player and plays an important role in the design and implementation of enhancements to Webster Private Bank's investment management and fiduciary administration platform.Most recently, Mr. Throckmorton served as chief philanthropic officer for Wells Fargo Private Bank in Doylestown, Penn. Prior to that, he was a philanthropic market executive at Bank of America Merrill Lynch and chief trust officer at Merrill Lynch Trust Company in Pennington, N.J. He also served as vice president at U.S. Trust in Stamford, Conn., and was a trust and estates partner at Davidson, Dawson, and Clark, LLP and Hawthorne, Ackerly, and Dorrance, LLC both in New Canaan, Conn. Mr. Throckmorton received his L.L.M. in taxation from Quinnipiac Law School, his law degree from New York Law School, and his Bachelors in finance and marketing from the University of Denver. He is admitted to practice in New York and Connecticut. He is a frequent speaker and presenter on estate planning strategies and charitable topics and has a long history of being actively involved on local boards from the performing arts to community foundations to environmental organizations. One of his lifelong passions is singing. Tim is a veteran of over fifty opera, operetta and musical productions.

  • John H. Driscoll Jr. J.D., LL.M., CFP
    SVP, Regional Market Executive
    John Driscoll is Senior Vice President, Regional Market Executive for the Hartford and New Haven offices. He has over 31 years of experience in investment, financial, estate and tax planning, and charitable giving specializing in their applications to high-net-worth individuals, senior corporate executives, closely held business owners and endowments for charitable organizations. Prior to joining Webster in 2007, he was the with U.S. Trust Company, N.A. overseeing ten financial and estate planning professionals serving four offices in MA and CT. Prior to U.S. Trust, he was a Senior Tax Manager at Arthur Andersen LLP with over six years of experience concentrating in personal financial planning and family wealth planning. He is a member and a past director of the Estate and Business Planning Council of Hartford and of the CT Estate and Tax Planning Council, and a member of the Estate Planning Council of Lower Fairfield County and the Estate and Tax Planning Council of Eastern CT and the Estate Planning Council of Hampden County. John also serves on the Board of Directors of the Capital Community College Foundation and The Justice Education Center. He is a past President for the UConn Alumni Association Board of Directors. He is also a director and a past President of the UConn Club. John is a tax attorney, he is a Certified Financial Planner, a Chartered Life Underwriter, and a Chartered Financial Consultant. He is a member of the CT and American Bar Association, the Sports Lawyers Association, serves on the Executive Committee for the Estate and Probate Section of the CT Bar Association, and is one of the founders of and past Vice Chairman of the Sports and Entertainment Law Section of the CT Bar Association. He holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of Connecticut, a law degree from Penn State’s Dickinson School of Law, and a master of laws degree from Boston University School of Law.

  • John M. Jezowski
    SVP, Senior Private Banker
    John Jezowski is a Senior Private Banker with over 30 years of experience. He has served in a variety of advisory roles in the financial services industry, spanning wealth management, investment banking, mergers & acquisitions, and corporate & strategic development. He works with affluent individuals, including business owners and senior executives, and charitable nonprofit institutions. Previously he served as a financial advisor with Merrill Lynch Wealth Management, and as a vice president relationship manager with Wachovia Wealth Management. Earlier in his career he held senior positions with Henkel Loctite, W.R. Grace, and as a principal of a privately owned M&A/investment banking firm. Mr. Jezowski earned his Bachelor of Science degree in chemistry from Worcester Polytechnic Institute, and his Master of Science degree in finance from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. He has held FINRA Series 7 and 66 licenses, and Life and Health licenses. John serves as a Trustee of the Board of the New Britain Museum of American Art, where he is chairman of the investment committee; on the Board of Trustees of Easter Seals Capital Region & Eastern Connecticut, where he was the past Chairman; as a Trustee of The Open Hearth; on the Corporate Sponsorship Committee for the Cherish the Children Foundation; on the Torch of Liberty Committee for the Anti-Defamation League; and is a member of the Estate and Business Planning Council of Hartford, where he was a past director on the board. He also had served on the SpringBoard Committee of Hartford Stage. In addition, John is a member of The Hartford Club, The Polish National Home, and The Green Mountain Club. He resides in Wethersfield, CT.

  • Robert E. Maglio
    SVP, Senior Portfolio Manager
    Mr. Maglio has more than 12 years of experience in managing investments for high-net worth individuals, families and not-for-profit institutions with Webster Private Bank. Currently, he is responsible for the research and coordination all fixed income trading within Webster Private Bank in addition to equity research within specific sectors and the diligent management of his client portfolios. Previously he held positions at The Hartford and MassMutual. He is a 1998 graduate of Central Connecticut State University with a B.S. degree in Business. He holds the Series 6 and Series 7 licenses and is currently pursuing his Certified Financial Planner designation in an effort to provide a more holistic approach to his client relationships. Bob lives in Meriden with his wife, Lisa, and their two children, Sophia and Thomas.

  • Robert M. LeBreux
    SVP, Senior Institutional Services Officer
    Mr. LeBreux has more than 26 years of experience in the financial services industry. Currently he is a Senior Institutional Client Service Officer with Webster Private Bank, working closely with employee benefit plan, municipal and nonprofit clients. Prior to joining Webster, he was a Senior Relationship Manager for the defined contribution accounts group at Bank of America. Prior to that he was Team Leader of the Connecticut middle-market retirement plans account group at Fleet Bank and also served as a retirement plan administration analyst with Fleet. Bob has a degree in accounting.

  • Paul M. McAfee
    SVP, Senior Fiduciary Services Officer
    Mr. McAfee comes to Webster Private Bank with more than 27 years of fiduciary and planning experience. Prior to joining Webster, he was with U.S. Trust Company as a Trust Officer, managing both private client and institutional relationships. Other work experience includes managing account relationships for various institutions, including Connecticut National Bank, Shawmut Bank, and Fleet Bank, and as an Investment Advisor with New Haven Savings Bank. Mr. McAfee earned a B.A. from Duke University and went on to earn his M.B.A. in finance from University of New Haven. He received a Graduate Fellowship award as well as membership in Sigma Beta Delta Honor Society in Business, Management and Administration. He holds the designation of Certified Financial Planner and is a member of the Financial Planning Association. Born in Rome, Italy, Paul now lives in Longmeadow, MA, and has two children.

  • Eamonn Bransfield
    VP, Portfolio Manager
    Eamonn Bransfield joined Webster Private Bank in 2010 and has over 12 years of investment management experience. Mr. Bransfield is responsible for managing investment portfolios for high net worth individuals and institutional business segments of the Private Bank. In addition to Eamonn’s responsibilities of managing portfolio’s he heads up research of third party managers in the fixed income and international equity markets. Prior to joining Webster Eamonn worked as a licensed broker at Constitution Corporate FCU where he worked with credit unions to develop high performing fixed income portfolios. Eamonn graduated cum laude from Quinnipiac University in 2005 and is currently a level 2 candidate in the Chartered Financial Analyst program. Mr. Bransfield currently resides in Cromwell CT with his wife Angela and their daughter Caitlin.

  • Peter M. Gabriel
    SVP, Head of Private Banking
    Peter M. Gabriel heads Webster Private Bank, the division of Webster Bank responsible for serving the banking, lending, investment management, planning and fiduciary needs of high net worth clients, their families and related charitable entities across the entire Webster footprint. Mr. Gabriel has more than 20 years of experience serving the financial needs of high net worth clients. Before joining Webster, he served as Senior Vice President and Wealth Advisor in the Greenwich, CT, office of The Private Bank at Wells Fargo where he was a top producer. In addition, during his tenure there, he served as The Business Bank Channel Coordinator, was a member of the Connecticut leadership team, and managed a Wealth Advisor associate program. Previously, he served as a Private Bank Business Development Officer for Bank of Boston in Stamford, CT, and as a stockbroker for D. Blech & Co. in Boston, MA. A resident of Old Greenwich, CT, he received his bachelor’s degree from Providence College and a Masters of Business Administration in Finance from Sacred Heart University. Peter is a Board Member of the Stamford Center for the Arts and an active volunteer with Junior Achievement, and Old Greenwich Riverside Community youth programs.

  • Eileen Cahill
    SVP, Director of Financial Planning
    As head of Webster Private Bank’s financial planning efforts, Eileen is responsible for the design and creation of financial plans. She works closely with individual clients to understand and analyze their financial and life concerns. Her objective is to create plans that present specific and creative strategies to help her clients achieve their life goals. Eileen believes the true success of any plan lies in its implementation. She collaborates with her clients and their other advisors to ensure all approved recommendations are thoughtfully implemented. Eileen joined Webster Wealth Advisors, an affiliate of Webster Bank, as a Senior Managing Director in November 2008 and became Director of Webster Private Bank’s financial planning team in 2017. She has 35 years of experience in financial planning and investment management, beginning her career in the Personal Financial Management department of E.F. Hutton & Co. in 1982. In 1988, Eileen joined the U.S. Private Banking Division of The Chase Manhattan Bank, NA, and, in 1994, after deciding to relocate to Connecticut, she joined Fleming, Relyea & Cox, Inc. in Stamford and later joined Hynes, Himmelreich, Glennon & Company (HHG) in Darien and Price Financial Group, LLC in Wilton. Eileen received her BBA in finance from Iona College in 1982 and her MBA in finance from Fordham University in 1994. She holds FINRA Series 7, 63, and 66 securities registrations. Eileen is a member of the Parish Finance Council of Our Lady of Fatima Church in Wilton and volunteers her time at Malta House in Norwalk.
