Our banking centers

The health & safety of our customers and bankers is our top priority. We are taking appropriate precautions to maintain a safe environment by following guidance from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), as well as state and local public health officials. In that light, here is how we are servicing you.

We are restricting lobby service at all our open locations to appointment only. Appointments can be made by calling your local banking center. Use the Banking Center Locator feature to find a location nearest you.

Locations that offer drive-thru service will continue to do so until further notice and ATMs will remain available anytime.

Keep your information safe

Especially at this time, it is important to keep security top of mind and keep your information safe. Remember, Webster Bank will never call you and ask for your PIN or social security number, so be on the lookout for unsolicited calls from people who claim they are from Webster Bank.

We will continue to closely monitor the situation to ensure the well-being of the Webster Bank community, and will share any new developments here. Stay safe and thank you for being a Webster Bank customer.
